We want you to love your stationery. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

• Non-personalized items: return unused items in original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
• Personalized items: because these are made just for you, they aren’t returnable — but if there’s a print defect or error on our part, we’ll reprint or refund promptly.
• Damaged in transit: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.
